How to make it

  • Sift dry ingredients together.
  • Cream butter and sugar.
  • Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Add flour mixture at low speed.
  • Knead dough several times; wrap in plastic and chill until firm enough to roll.
  • Roll and cut as desired.
  • Bake, on parchment, at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
