Ingredients
  • 6 Medium green bell peppers
  • 3 C. fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 1 C. diced fresh tomato
  • 1 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. melted margarine or butter

Directions
  1. Slice tops from peppers, remove seeds and white membranes. Put peppers in a large saucepan, cover with salted water. Cover pan and bring to a boil, boil for about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside
  2. Combine remaining ingredients, spoon into drained green peppers. Place in baking pan and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes or until done
