Corn Stuffed Bell Peppers

- 6 Medium green bell peppers shopping list
- 3 C. fresh or frozen corn kernels shopping list
- 1 C. diced fresh tomato shopping list
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion shopping list
- 3 tbsp. flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. chilli powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 tbsp. melted margarine or butter shopping list
How to make it
- Slice tops from peppers, remove seeds and white membranes. Put peppers in a large saucepan, cover with salted water. Cover pan and bring to a boil, boil for about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside
- Combine remaining ingredients, spoon into drained green peppers. Place in baking pan and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes or until done
