Ingredients

How to make it

  • sprinkle catfish strips with seasoning
  • spread with mayonnaise,place in a shallow dish and cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
  • in a large skillet,heat 4 Tbs. of butter until it sizzles
  • sear fish until golden turning once
  • transfer to a 9 x 13 inch baking dish,in a single layer
  • heat remaining butter in the skillet,over medium heat and cook mushroom ti golden
  • stir in parsley,green onions and shrimp
  • cook till shrimp are pink and tender
  • stir in soup and blend well
  • ladle over fish and bake at 375*F. for 30 minutes
  • serve with rice and cornbread
