Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • dash each of paprika, curry powder, cinnamon and pepper
  • 2 small navel oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 2 slices red onion, quartered
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro

Directions
  1. combine oil, vinegar, sugar, cumin, paprika, curry, cinnamon, and pepper
  2. place oranges and onion in a shallow bowl
  3. drizzle with dressing, toss gently to coat
  4. sprinkle with cilantro
