curried apricots

adds a new dimention to your roast
Ingredients
- 1 (17 ounce) can apricot halves shopping list
- 2 Tbs. butter-melted shopping list
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1-1 1/2 tsp. curry powder shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 350*F.
- combine butter,sugar and curry powder
- place apricots,cut side up, on a foil lined sheet pan
- spoon mixture over apricots and bake for 30 minutes
- serve with roast pork
