  • INTO A SALAD BOWL PUT THE OIL, VINEGAR, MUSTARD, SUGAR, SOME SEA SALT AND A GOOD GRINDING OF BLACK PEPPER .
  • GIVE THIS MIXTURE A GOOD STIR SO THAT IT IS ALL BLENDED
  • THEN ADD THE BEANS, GREEN HERBS AND THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL SO THAT EVERYTHING IS WELL COATED WITH THE DRESSING.
  • THIS IS NICE SERVED WITH WHOLEWHEAT BREAD ABND UNSALTED BUTTER AND , OF COUSE THE WHEAT PROTEIN COMPLEMENTS THE BEAN PROTEIN TO GIVE EXCELLANT NOURISHMENT. ENJOY
