Slow Cooker Italian Beef Recipe

Ingredients

4 pound rump roast

1 soup can beef broth

1 envelope italian dressing mix

1 jar giardinere italian veggies drained

1 jar pepperoncinis

Directions

Add all ingredients into your slow cooker

Cover and cook for 12-14 hours

Shred meat

Serve on crusty bread or buns with mozzarella cheese if desired

This is MY recipe...I mean...I make italian beef the same identical way...giardener and pepperoncinni's, Oh yeah...this definitely makes an italian beef that tastes a lot like a Chicago Italian Beef. I've also just used roast beef lunch meat instead of a roast!! but it's so expensive...this also works with chicken or pork...shredded the same as the beef.
