Cajun Coleslaw

- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard shopping list
- 2 tablespoons ketchup shopping list
- 2 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic alt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- juice of one lemon shopping list
- 3 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 4 bell pepper sliced shopping list
- 2 medium onions shredded shopping list
- 1 large head cabbage shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Put mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl large enough to hold complete mixture.
- Beat mayonnaise and mustard until combined.
- Add olive oil slowly beating constantly.
- Beat until mixture has returned to the thickness of original mayonnaise.
- Add hot sauce continuing to beat.
- Add ketchup and keep beating.
- Add salt and garlic salt beating constantly.
- Add wine vinegar and beat thoroughly then add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Place shredded cabbage, peppers and onions in a large salad bowl.
- Pour sauce over and toss well.
- Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
