HOney Bun Cake

- 1 (18.25-oz) white or yellow cake mix shopping list
- 4 egg whites shopping list
- sour cream (8-oz) shopping list
- applesauce (2/3-cup - unsweetened) shopping list
- brown sugar - 1/2-cup shopping list
- 2-tspn ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 ½-cups confectioners’s sugar shopping list
- 3-tbspn milk shopping list
- 1-tspn vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, egg whites, sour cream and applesauce.
- Beat on low speed until moistened.
- Beat on medium for 2 minutes.
- Pour half into a greased 13X9X2-inch baking pan.
- Combine brown sugar and cinnamon’ sprinkling over batter.
- Cover with remaining batter’ cut through with a knife to swirl.
- Bake at 325̊ for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cook on a wire rack.
- For glaze, combine confectioner’ sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth; drizzle over warm cake.
