Ingredients
  • 1-2 pounds hamburger
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1-2 T chili powder
  • 1 package jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1-2 cans corn drained
  • 1 package yellow jiffy cake mix
  • 1/3 cup milk

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Brown hamburger and onion
  3. Drain off fat
  4. Add tomato sauce, corn and chili powder. Simmer 5-10 minutes.
  5. While simmering make the corn bread by mixing the cake and corn bread.
  6. Add eggs, milk and water.
  7. Put hamburger in greased 9X13
  8. Pour cornbread mix over top.
  9. Bake 20-30 mintes using toothpick method
