How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Brown sausage with muchrooms. Drain.
  • In saucepan boil poratoes util tender and crisp. Drain
  • In saucepan saute onion and garlic in butter until tender.
  • Stir in flour. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Gradually add milk, cook and stir until thick.
  • In 7X11 pan layer ingredients.
  • Sprinklw with remaining mozzeralla.
  • Cover and bake 30-35 minutes. Uncover the last 5 minutes.
