Sausage Potato Lasagna

- 1 pound Italian ground italian sausage shopping list
- 2 cups mushrooms sliced shopping list
- 4 medium potatoes peeled and thinly sliced shopping list
- 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and squeezed shopping list
- 1/2 cup ricotta shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan shopping list
- 1 egg beaten shopping list
- 1 med onion chopped shopping list
- 2 minced garlic cloves shopping list
- 2 T butter shopping list
- 2T flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Brown sausage with muchrooms. Drain.
- In saucepan boil poratoes util tender and crisp. Drain
- In saucepan saute onion and garlic in butter until tender.
- Stir in flour. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Gradually add milk, cook and stir until thick.
- In 7X11 pan layer ingredients.
- Sprinklw with remaining mozzeralla.
- Cover and bake 30-35 minutes. Uncover the last 5 minutes.
