Ingredients
  • Olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cans tomato paste
  • 1 bottle catsup
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 bottle Worcestershire
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish in jar (refrigerated)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1-1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • Salt, pepper, celery salt

Directions
  1. Fry onion, green pepper and garlic in olive oil until tender
  2. Combine this with other ingredients
  3. Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
  4. Lean over pot, breathe deeply
  5. If it knocks you over, it is good
  6. Marinate pork chops, chicken or other meats for at least 12 hours
  7. Then grill as usual
  8. Meat properly marinated in this sauce and slowly cooked is delicious
