Global Warming Barbeque Sauce Before Global Warming

- olive oil shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped shopping list
- 2 cans tomato paste shopping list
- 1 bottle catsup shopping list
- 1 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 bottle Worcestershire shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco shopping list
- 1 teaspoon horseradish in jar (refrigerated) shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups pineapple juice shopping list
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar shopping list
- salt, pepper, celery salt shopping list
How to make it
- Fry onion, green pepper and garlic in olive oil until tender
- Combine this with other ingredients
- Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Lean over pot, breathe deeply
- If it knocks you over, it is good
- Marinate pork chops, chicken or other meats for at least 12 hours
- Then grill as usual
- Meat properly marinated in this sauce and slowly cooked is delicious
