Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffins

These were a big hit at my husbands work and daughters class for snacks. I always put in a basket with a towel and the guys say it reminds them of being little.
Ingredients
- 1 c blueberries shopping list
- 2 c flour shopping list
- 3/4 c sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 3 oz cream cheese shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 2 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 c milk shopping list
- 1/4 c melted butter shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400
- Toss Blueberries in 2 T flour set aside
- Combine all dry ingredients
- Blend cream cheese, lemon, vanilla, milk, and butter.
- Add eggs and mix real good
- Add dry ingredients and mix in
- Fold in blueberries
- Bake 18-20 minutes
- I serve with butter, can sprinklw raw sugar on top while baking
