Saw Emeril make this several years ago, and I have used it for my garlic bread ever since. Add some shredded cheese before baking, and some marinara sauce for dipping for a great snack! True Guessipe, adjust to your liking.

Ingredients
  • 5 heaping T softened margarine or butter (margarine works best here)
  • 3 T minced garlic
  • 2 T Italian seasoning
  • Drizzle EVOO

Directions
  1. Mix all together in bowl
  2. Spread on french or italian bread before baking.
