How to make it

  • bring broth to boil
  • Stir in soy sauce and salt and pepper
  • Add corn. Bring to reboil.
  • Give the slurry a quick restir and add to soup stirring quickly to thicken.
  • Stir in green onion.
  • Add ginger if desired.
  • Finish with drops of sesame oil.
  • Serve!

    Looks good,brings back memories for me of my first love(I was 13 he was 14). His Mum made the best corn soup. Wow,after a day of tobogganing and skiing it is just what two lovebirds needed.
    I will try it for sure.
