Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe
Yummy yummy yummy is all I can say about this delightful treat. Good all year round and very impressive at the holidays.

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 dash ground cloves
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1 graham cracker crumb crust

Directions
  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs and mix until well blended.
  2. Remove 1 cup batter then stir in pumpkin and spices.
  3. Pour remaining plain batter into crust.
  4. Top with pumpkin batter.
  5. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
  6. Cool and refrigerate overnight.
