Tomato Mozzarella with Basil Vinaigrette

- 3 large ripe tomatoes sliced shopping list
- 1 pound mozzarella sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a large serving dish alternate slices of tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle with oil, vinegar and basil.
- Season with salt and pepper.

I love tomatoes and fresh milk mozzarella. So refreshing. I put down my alteration at the bottom and we have it about once a week in the summer.
