Pesto Chicken Breasts with Summer Squash

- 4 medium skinless boneless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons pesto shopping list
- 2 cups finely chopped zucchini and/or yellow summer squash shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely shredded asiago cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In a large nonstick skillet cook chicken in hot oil over medium heat for 4 minutes.
- Turn chicken then add zucchini and/or squash.
- Cook 6 minutes more stirring squash gently once or twice.
- Transfer chicken and squash to 4 dinner plates.
- Spread pesto over chicken then sprinkle with Asiago.
