Ingredients
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 cups pecan halves

Directions
  1. Combine Powdered Sugar and cream. Boil to soft ball-stage (236°F). Then beat until mixture begins to sugar. Add nuts and drop on greased waxed paper into two-inch patties. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Makes about twenty-four.
