How to make it

  • Combine Powdered Sugar and cream. Add maple syrup and boil to soft ball-stage (236°F). Then beat until mixture begins to sugar. Add nuts and drop on greased waxed paper into two-inch patties. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Makes about twenty-four.
