5 Weight Watcher Points for the whole recipe! What a way to start losing holiday pounds! If less sodium is needed, just use fresh or frozen ingredients instead of canned.

I made this tonight and even my husband loved it. So easy and you don't have to add a thing. Next time might had diced cooked chicken breast for some protein. Love it. Thanks for the post!

I just had to comment on this recipe again. We just love this recipe. I have it in my fridge all the time now. It's excellent for me because I'm cutting calories now and need the veggies. Plus........Extra added bonus - My husband loves this. He's just finishing up a fourth round of chemo and not much makes his tummy happy now. This soup does. He is not a carrot or zucchini fan and turned up his nose at first. He can't believe I got him to eat carrots. He's down today but had a pretty big bowl of soup about an hour ago and just told me he's feeling a little better. Just lettin' ya know how much I appreciate your recipe.

I put this in the recipe counter on the Weight Watcher sight and it was 1 point per serving. (that is if there are 6 servings)
