Ingredients
  • 4 large bananas cut into equal size pieces
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 can freshly grated coconut

Directions
  1. Roll banana chunks in sour cream coating well.
  2. Roll in coconut then freeze for 3 hours.
  3. Allow to sit at room temperature 15 minutes before eating.
