- Warm Stuffed dates shopping list
- Makes 36 pieces shopping list
- 18 Medjool dates shopping list
- 3 oz. mascarpone cheese shopping list
- 3 oz. goat cheese shopping list
- 36 whole almonds, lightly toasted shopping list
- 3 oz. Dry Coppa shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325*F
- Halve the dates and discard the pits.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Mascarpone and goat cheese until smooth.
- Pipe a small dollop of cheese mixture in each date half.
- Top with a whole almond.
- Wrap in a half slice of coppa.
- Secure with a toothpick, place on a ovenproof tray.
- Heat dates until just warmed through. About 5-10 minutes.
