This is a very nice dip to serve for company, parties, or just for the two of you! ;o)

Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese, but really, any favorite cheese sounds good...cheddar, maybe?
Directions
- Mix together and bake at 350 for 25-30 mins til brown on top and serve warm with nacho chips.
