How to make it

  • Drizzle chicken with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.Set aside for 15 minutes.
  • Sautee chicken until cooked through, set aside.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Heat oil in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Sauté broccoli, garlic, and chili pepper flakes for about 1 minute.
  • Add tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover saucepan and reduce heat to low. Simmer 7-8 minutes or until broccoli is bright green and tender and tomato sauce has thickened.(Add a little water if necessary.)
  • Toss broccoli mixture with pasta.
  • Slice chicken in thin slices.
  • Serve chicken over top of pasta mixture.
  • Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.

    I can't believe I never came across this recipe. Sounds really tasty. You could use any pasta I suppose, and I think I will add some sour cream. YUM
