Maple Bacon

I serve this with the bread pudding, or when I want to treat the family!
Ingredients
- 1 lbs smoked bacon, shopping list
- 3 Tbsp real maple syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Pre Heat oven to 375
- spread bacon out to a cookie sheet
- I always put a piece of aluminum foil on the sheet for easy clean up
- put bacon in oven for about 20 minutes, if you want it crispier raise temp to 400 but keep an eye on it.
- after that remove bacon from the oven and brush each slice with the Maple Syrup
- return to oven for an additional 5 minutes!

My husband goes to Costco and brings home maple bacon. so good! thanks for the post. when I get plain bacon I will do this.
