How to make it

  • Icing:
  • 4 C Powdered Sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 C finely chopped nuts
  • 1 ½ C flake coconut
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 1 T butternut flavoring
  • Melt margarine and cream cheese over low heat. Pour into mixing bowl. Add sugar and beat until smooth. Fold in nuts, coconut and flavorings until thoroughly mixed. Spread on cool cake layers. If icing is too stiff, add a little milk.
