the combination of ingredients makes for a taste treat
Ingredients
- 3 sweet apples-your choice- peeled and seeded shopping list
- 1 cup apple juice-chilled shopping list
- 1 cup cold milk shopping list
- 1 cup plain yogurt shopping list
- 3 Tbs. honey shopping list
How to make it
- cut apples in small pieces
- put all ingredients in a blender and puree
- serve chilled
