How to make it

  • Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste
  • Cook to desired done-ness (I recommend medium-rare on a grill)
  • In a small pot sauteĆ© the onions and garlic in a little olive oil
  • Add the balsamic vinegar and orange juice concentrate and bring to a simmer
  • Let the sauce reduce until it thickens (about 15-20min on low heat)
  • Slice the sirloin into small strips and toss in the orange sauce
  • Serve and Enjoy!
