Ingredients
  • 2 Sirloin Steaks
  • 1 can orange juice concentrate
  • 1/2 cu balsamic vinegar
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste
  2. Cook to desired done-ness (I recommend medium-rare on a grill)
  3. In a small pot sauteƩ the onions and garlic in a little olive oil
  4. Add the balsamic vinegar and orange juice concentrate and bring to a simmer
  5. Let the sauce reduce until it thickens (about 15-20min on low heat)
  6. Slice the sirloin into small strips and toss in the orange sauce
  7. Serve and Enjoy!
