Ingredients
  • 2 cups cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine

Directions
  1. Sift dry ingredients together.
  2. Add milk and egg, then stir in onion.
  3. Shape into little balls (a bit smaller than a golf ball)
  4. Fry until golden.
