Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat olive oil in a medium frying pan.
  • Grate the potato as you would cheese using the large grated holes.
  • Mix the salt and pepper with the potato.
  • Sprinkle grated potato together in the hot oil to form a circle about 1/2 inch thick. Slightly press down with spatula until flat.
  • Carefully loosen edges with spatula. When it feels like it is holding together and bottom is golden-brown, flip it. (this may be a couple of minutes, but keep a close eye as it could burn fast)
  • When other side is golden-brown, remove from heat.
  • Enjoy!

These were so yummy and easy to make - I added some onion and basil, and topped with some shredded cheese. Delicious! Thanks so much for sharing!

We put a little onion in ours. Super good, though, much better than frozen. Thanks for posting!
