How to make it

  • Remove the big stems from the chard.
  • Chop and wash chard in baking soda and salt water; rinse and drain.
  • Saute scallions, onions and garlic in butter until the onion is translucent.
  • Add Chard to scallion mixture; cover and cook with low heat until tender.
  • Do not add water.
  • Add worchestershire sauce and sugar.
