Greens Without Pork

- 1 bunch swiss chard shopping list
- 1 bunch Red Chard shopping list
- 1/2 c baking soda shopping list
- 1/4 c salt shopping list
- 2 T butter shopping list
- 1 bunch scallions, chopped shopping list
- 1 med onion, chopped shopping list
- ½ of a clove of garlic, pressed shopping list
- 2 T worchestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 T sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Remove the big stems from the chard.
- Chop and wash chard in baking soda and salt water; rinse and drain.
- Saute scallions, onions and garlic in butter until the onion is translucent.
- Add Chard to scallion mixture; cover and cook with low heat until tender.
- Do not add water.
- Add worchestershire sauce and sugar.
