SausageSpinach Lasagna

- 2 Jimmy Dean sausages, one spicy, one regular shopping list
- 1 package Oven-ready lasagna (unless you want to take the time to make your own) shopping list
- 2 packages of frozen spinach souffle shopping list
- 1 1/2 tubs of ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1 1/2 jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce shopping list
- 1 large bag of low-fat mozzerella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook sausage in skillet until brown; drain
- Mix together ricotta cheese and heated spinach in a medium bowl.
- Spray an 11 x 8 (or about those measurements if you don't have exact) glass dish with non-stick spray
- Lay down one layer of oven-ready lasagna
- Top with one layer of spaghetti sauce
- Next lay down ricotta/spinach mixture
- Sprinkle a layer of cooked sausage
- Cover with a thin layer of cheese.
- Repeat steps 4-8
- Cover Pan with tin foil and bake at 350 for about 35-40 minutes.
- Check to make sure noodles are tender. Uncover and add a little more cheese. Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
