Ingredients
- 12 chicken drumsticks
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- In a shallow bowl beat egg until it is lemon colored.
- In another shallow bowl mix together the cheese, pepper, and salt.
- Dip chicken in egg to coat, then coat with cheese mixture
- Bake chicken for 45 minutes or golden brown!
