Red Croatian Pasta-Pasta with tomato Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • # add cut onion on warm olive oil
  • # when onion became gold add cut tomato
  • # add salt and rosemary
  • # mix it and cook for no less then 1 hour
  • # when all water vaporize from tomato ,sauce is finish
  • # add pasta in boil salt water and cook it for 10 min.
  • # serve it with Parmesan cheese

    My heritage is Croatian and I have never seen this or heard of it - anyway if you would like come past my site I am slowly putting Croatian recipes on there.

    Just perfect! A great, great recipe! Love the 1/2 tea cup of olive oil and the branch of rosemary! I have a large, beautiful rosemary bush, and I love cutting sprigs of rosemary for cooking! :)
