Southern Scotch Eggs

- 1 pound bulk pork sausage shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon grated onion shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg shopping list
- 4 hard cooked eggs shelled shopping list
- 1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sausage, parsley, onion, cinnamon and nutmeg then mix well.
- Divide sausage mixture into 4 portions then shape into patties.
- Place one egg on top of each patty shaping sausage mixture around egg until completely covered.
- Roll each sausage covered egg in breadcrumbs.
- Bake in preheated 350 oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
