How to make it

  • Dump it all in the crock pot
  • Cook cook cook it until it's thick & creamy - all day is good.
  • High 3 to 4 hours, or low 6 to 8 hours
  • Note: the cream cheese will be easier to mix in after it has cooked a few minutes - don't sweat it if you can't mix it at first.
  • Serve with whole wheat pasta of your choice and crusty bread.

    Tried this one last night. Creamcheese set out for 10 min.Put everything but meat in bottom. Stirred. Put chicken on top. 30 min.on low. Stirred everything now together. low til chicken is done. Took out all meat and shredded. Returned to cooker and cooked about another hr.Sauce thicken more after chicken was shredded. I served it on toast. I am going to only use half on the dressing next time(little to strong for my family). But very good,will also serve on noodles next time. Nancy
