Ingredients
  • 1/4 lb. bacon
  • 1 med. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • 1 heaping T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 heaping T. horseradish
  • 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. medium noodles, cooked
  • 2 T. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Fry bacon until crisp, remove, leaving fat in skillet
  3. Allow bacon to cool, then crumble
  4. Saute onion in bacon drippings and drain well.
  5. Mix all ingredients together except Parmesan cheese
  6. Place in a greased 9 x 13" baking dish
  7. Cover dish with foil and bake 30 minutes
  8. Remove foil, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and return to oven, uncovered, for 10 additional minutes.
