How to make it

  • In a medium bowl combine all ingredients together until well mixed. Place lamb in a shallow dish and pour the contents of the bowl on to it. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and allow this to marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours or until ready to cook.
  • Preheat your grill to medium heat. Pour marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a slow boil. Reduce heat to simmer and stir the mixture constantly until thickened.
  • Lightly oil the grill and place lamb over indirect heat, rotating to all sides for 40-50 minutes or until the temperature of the meat has reached 145 degrees F. Let the lamb cool before slicing and pour the thickened marinade over and serve. Enjoy!!!!
