How to make it

  • Combine chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, cornflour and egg white in bowl.
  • Remove crusts from bread; spread chicken mixture over 1 side of each slice.
  • Dip bread, chicken-side-down, into sesame seeds to coat.
  • Cut each slice into 4 triangles, then cut each triangle in half again.
  • Heat about 2” of vegetable oil in a deep skillet, until hot (about 350ºF)
  • Fry the triangles in hot oil until well browned, turning once. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

    I think this sounds amazingly good! I wonder if ground turkey would work as a substitute for the chicken. What do you think?

    This is particularly good if you subsitute the chicken for prawn (shrimp)!
