How to make it

  • Spray a 10 1/2" x 15 1/2" cookie sheet with non-stick spray coating. Cut wonton wrappers in half diagonally and place on cookie sheet. Spray wrappers with spray or brush with melted margarine. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and basil. Bake at 400 for 4-5 mins. or till crisp
  • Hint: Sesame seeds,minced garlic or any combination of herbs ma be used instead of,or in addition to parmesan cheese

    Nice way to use up leftover wrappers. I suppose it would even work for egg roll wrappers. Thank you.

    Great idea! I always have leftover wontons from making apps during the holidays. This is a great substitution for high fat and high carb Italian bread! Thanks.
