How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees. For crust, combine flour, sugar and butter. Press into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes, or until done. Cool.
  • For topping, combine strawberries, egg whites and sugar in mixing bowl. Beat on high speed for 15 minutes. Add lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over crust.
  • Notes: Do not thaw strawberries or beat egg whites ahead of time.
