Balsamic Honey Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup Olive Oil

1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar

2 Tbs. Honey

1 tsp. Mediterranean Sea Salt (regular iodized salt or kosher will work also)

1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

2 Tbs. Fresh Minced Garlic

Directions

Place chicken in dish or ziploc bag toss in all ingredients and mix. Marinade over night. Grill till chicken reaches 165 in thickest part approximately 15 minutes. Or pan sear on both sides on high heat and place in 350 degree oven till 165 degrees.

Use on as grilled chicken salad, chicken pita, italian pasta dishes, chicken bruschetta sandwich, etc.
