Spicy Roasted Pepper And Garlic Hummus Recipe Recipe
Hummus is quick and easy to prepare. Use as a dip for veggies or crackers, or on sandwiches or wraps.

Ingredients
  • 1 20 oz can chickpeas
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 roasted red peppers
  • 2 roasted jalapeƱo peppers
  • 3 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 T. tahini (sesame paste)
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. In a food processor combine all ingredients except chickpeas and blend until smooth. Add chickpeas, and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy
