Wheat Pancakes My Kids Will Eat

I was shocked and amazed that my kids actually like this version of wheat pancakes. Yah for healthy! I said 4 servings because it makes 4 large pancakes and we only eat one a piece.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. wheat flour shopping list
- 1/2 c. all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- dash of sea salt shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 3/4 c. skim milk shopping list
- 1 Tbl olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Add egg, milk and oil and mix til blended.
- Heat pan over med. heat.
- Cook pancakes on each side until done (just about a minute or so)
