Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt butter with oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Gut garlic in half crosswise; separate and peel cloves. Add to butter mixture; saute 2 minutes.
  • Stir in wine and next 8 ingredients; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
  • Add shrimp; cook 5 minutes or just until the shrimp turn pink.
  • Remove bay leaves and serve over favorite pasta. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh rosemary sprigs.

    Just so you know, hubby decided on this one tonight. I think it was the whole bulb of garlic that enticed him. He loves his garlic! He's even offered to peel the shrimp if I make it. :) Can't beat that. Off to the grocery. Will let you know how it turns out. Thanks again for another yummy recipe!

    I've been on a shrimp and pasta kick lately, This is perfect. I love the combination of flavors with the garlic (can never have enough, rosemary and pasta. I think I'd like to throw in a pinch of cayenne as well, just to turn it up a notch. Great post!
