  • CUT POTATOES INTO EVEN PIECES AND PLACE INTO STEAMER OR PAN FOR 20 MINUTES UNTIL TENDER, STEAM THE CABBAGE FOR 10 MNIUTES UNTILL TENDER
  • MASH THE POTATOES AND FINLEY CHOP THE CABBAGE AND MIX IN A LARGE SAUCE PAN IN WITCH THE BUTTER HAS MELTED KEEP THE SAUCE PAN OVER A LOW HEAT TI KEEP HOT STIR IN HORSERADISH AND SEASON WITH FRESH BLACK PEPPER
  • SERVE HOT
  • GREAT WITH ROAST BEEF
