How to make it

  • Grease baking sheet and set aside
  • In microwave glass bowl, combine peanuts,sugar, corn syrup & salt
  • Cook in microwave 6-7 minutes on high
  • Mixture should be bubbly.
  • Stir in butter and vanilla
  • cook 2-3 minutes longer
  • Quickly stir in baking soda until foamy
  • Pour on greased sheet
  • Let cool 15 minutes
  • Break into pieces
  • store in air tight container
  • ENJOY!

    Sounds good. I made Amish cashew crunch about a week ago, it was softer then peanut brittle, We were over at the Cover Bridge Festival in In. and the Amish were selling it. When I got home I looked it up and there it was. I will also have to try this one. I will let you know how it turned out. Thanks for the post sounds easy. Take care, Sue
