Summer Melons and Cream

A delicious no cook healthy dessert for warm weather. But I use year round. Found awhile back on the internet
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 medium ripe banana shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lime juice shopping list
- 2 teaspoons honey shopping list
- 1 teaspoon maple-flavored or pure maple syrup shopping list
- 4 cups melon balls (cantaloupe, honeydew, casaba, Santa Claus, etc.) shopping list
How to make it
- Place sour cream, banana, lime juice, honey, and maple flavoring in food processor bowl fitted with metal blade. Cover; process until smooth (1 to 2 minutes).
- Place 3/4 cup assorted melon balls in individual dessert dishes;
- top each serving with 1/4 cup cream mixture.
