How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium sized mixing bowl. Combine cream cheese,mushroom soup,and fried onions. Mix well.
  • Squeeze as much water out of the spinach as you can and add to cream cheese mixture, Stir until well combined.
  • Spoon mixture into a greased 2-liter baking dish.
  • Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and drizzle with melted butter.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Can also be made with reduced fat cream cheese and mushroom soup. I don't recommend fat free ingredients.
