Creamy Baked Spinach Recipe
Who says vegetables have to be dull? I learned to love spinach with this delicious recipe.

Ingredients
  • 2 10oz packs chopped spinach-thawed and drained
  • 1 8oz pack cream cheese-softened
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 8oz can french fried onions
  • 1/4 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl. Combine cream cheese,mushroom soup,and fried onions. Mix well.
  3. Squeeze as much water out of the spinach as you can and add to cream cheese mixture, Stir until well combined.
  4. Spoon mixture into a greased 2-liter baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and drizzle with melted butter.
  6. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Can also be made with reduced fat cream cheese and mushroom soup. I don't recommend fat free ingredients.

You don't recommend fat free...lol, just the same, it would taste good either way.
