Chocolate Rum Parfait

Lovely to look at ..but not for long..they gobble it up. I usually keep ingredients for this at hand.
Ingredients
- CHILL TIME 3 HOURS shopping list
- ------------------------------------ shopping list
- 7 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup cream shopping list
- 3 tbsp clear rum shopping list
- 4/3 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Melt chocolate with 3 tbsp cream and rum in a water bath.
- Remove from heat and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Whisk the remaining cream and vanilla until soft peaks forms.
- Incorporate whipped cream into chocolate mixture in sorounding form.
- Pour into individual cups and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Decorate with more whipped cream and almonds.
